Commonwealth Properties began in the nineties when the Firm Broker Everett Lowe was working for a company that had been sold to a franchise firm. His perception of a Real Estate franchise was that they played to the broker’s insecurities and offered very little in return for the pay they received. The philosophy adopted by Commonwealth was that doing everything right was just the job that you were supposed to do.
An agent needs to put the interest of the client above their interests and assist them in making the right decision. It doesn't matter if they are purchasing a home, making an investment, or just need consulting. All aspects of the transaction should be reviewed, not just how to buy, but maintenance issues, appreciation, limiting factors, market conditions, and exit strategy. Each agent should be trained in technical, sales, negotiating, construction, legal, and marketing strategies. Therefore, be better than the competition in providing a true service, which we remain true to today!
